For a few years now many in technology have tried or followed a low carb diet. Many follow Keto, which is essentially similar to Atkins but followers tend to eat more fat than probably healthy. Low Carb Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies:
1 cup unsweetened Jiff crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup Swerve (Available on Amazon)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup of Lily’s Milk Chocolate Chips (Available on Amazon)
Make sure you preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Bake your cookies 12-15 minutes on a flat pan using silicone baking mats (Amazon) to avoid sticking.
This will make about 18 cookies that are a net 1.8 carbs. Enjoy!
