Enterprise businesses often struggle with support tickets for incidents (outages and minor issues) and minor changes (password resets and such). In many cases support organizations take incoming tickets via multiple methods such as incoming calls, emails, and portals. Support agents review tickets and often reassign the ticket to another organization or vendor to resolve the ticket. A better approach might be to utilize machine learning and natural language processing to triage the incoming ticket and reassign it to the appropriate next step.
